The police of Rilepi have detained a person suspected of burning the car of the deputy of Prilep, Petar Risteski.

The police have not given new details, except that they are working to clarify the case.

MP Risteski's car was completely burned, while his father's car was partially burned, by the fire around 1:45 am.

Firefighters extinguished the fire in time to prevent it from spreading to the house of Risteski's family.

The police and the Prilep Basic Public Prosecutor's Office have conducted investigations.

There were no injuries, traces were taken for forensic expertise, while the public prosecutor requested the provision of possible videos of the surrounding facilities.

Risteski believes that he is being intimidated and demands that the case be resolved immediately.

"We were all at home, the neighbors called and an explosion was heard.

When I got out the vehicle was on fire.

It also touched my father's vehicle and the tree next to the house.

I consider this as an attack on me and my family and I ask the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the institutions to immediately clarify the case and find the perpetrators", said Risteski./Telegrafi/
