A video of a conversation between Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde

and a girl at Nandanvan Bungalow in Mumbai is going viral on social media, in which the girl is asking him for advice on becoming the Chief Minister.

Annada Damre, the girl seen in the video, asked CM Eknath Shinde if she too could become the chief minister "like she has done" by helping the flood-affected people.

The girl asked, "When there was flood in Assam, you had passed through the water to help the people. Can I also become the chief minister by helping the flood affected people?"

Annada then asked Shinde to promise to take her to Guwahati during Diwali this year.

To this the Chief Minister said, "Sure, we will walk. You want to go to the Kamakhya temple in Guwahati?"

Anna said yes.

After this conversation with the girl, Shinde again turned to his colleagues in the room and said, "The girl is very smart."

Last month, Eknath Shinde led a rebellion along with at least 39 Shiv Sena MLAs from the Legislative Assembly, which ultimately forced former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to step down.

The Eknath Shinde faction reached Guwahati on 22 June.

Eight days later, on June 30, Eknath Shinde took oath as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Devendra Fadnavis of the BJP as the Deputy Chief Minister.
