The First Lady of Ukraine condemned the "unimaginable horror" caused by Russian forces from the WHO tribune

Her husband, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, won the admiration of Ukrainians and Ukraine's supporters around the world by staying in the capital, Kyiv, after Russian President Vladimir Putin launched his attack on Ukraine in late February.

Zelenska disappeared with her two children during the first months of the invasion, but reappeared on May 8 to greet the first lady of the United States, Jill Biden, who was in Eastern Europe at the time and made an unannounced visit to western Ukraine.

Tomorrow, the wife of the Ukrainian president will speak to members of the US Congress.
