A total of 6 violations during inspections of night establishments in Varna and Dobrich were found by inspectors from the fiscal control unit of the National Revenue Agency (NAA) over the weekend.

This was announced by the revenue agency.

On the night of July 15-16, the tax authorities, together with employees from the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Main Labor Inspection (GIT), inspected a total of six discotheques in Varna.

There are 4 violations found by the NRA, two of which are for discrepancies between the amounts marked on the fiscal device and the cash balance, and the rest - for not issuing receipts and missing some mandatory details in the sales documents.

On Saturday night, the NRA, GIT and MIA teams also checked an establishment in Dobrich, where the tax inspectors found two violations related to discrepancies in the cash balances and the amounts marked on the cash register.

During the control actions, the fiscal inspectors, together with the GIT employees, requested and reviewed the contracts of the workers in the establishments in order to limit undeclared work.

"The summer control campaign of the NRA along the Black Sea coast continues. In addition to compliance with the requirements for registration and reporting of sales, together with the Main Labor Inspectorate, we will continue to monitor compliance with tax-insurance and labor legislation. Our general goal is to prevent the concealment of taxes and insurance for undeclared work and to protect workers from the harm caused to them by the "salary in an envelope", said the executive director of the NRA Rumen Spetsov.
