Delhi High Court will now hear all the petitions against the Agneepath scheme

The Supreme Court has taken an important decision today regarding the Agneepath scheme.

The Supreme Court has said that only the Delhi High Court will hear all the petitions against the Agneepath scheme.

A petition was also filed in the Supreme Court against the Agneepath scheme.

The Supreme Court has also transferred the three petitions pending with it to the Delhi High Court for hearing.

The Supreme Court said that after the order of the High Court, one can come to the Supreme Court.

Earlier, it was said on behalf of the government that it has been challenged in many High Courts.

The Solicitor General said that a petition has also been filed in the Delhi High Court and we want everyone to be heard together.

To this, Justice Chandrachud said, "You file a transfer petition... We will send all the petitions to the High Court."

It is noteworthy that one of the petitioners said that the Supreme Court should hear all the petitions because continuously petitions are being filed in many states.

The Supreme Court said, "Those who have filed a petition in the Supreme Court, we will transfer the case only after hearing them.
