Haluk Bayraktar, executive director of the Turkish company "Baykar Makina" said that he will never allow the sale of "Bayraktar" drones to Russia and supports Ukraine.

APA reports that in an interview with CNN, he talked about Turkey's arms supply to Ukraine.

"There are strategic relations between Turkey and Ukraine, especially in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Turkey supports Ukraine with combat drones.

We buy turbine engines for drones from Ukraine.

We have established relations with Ukraine in such a way that it gives advantage to both countries."

Bayraktar gave a negative answer to the question about the possibility of supplying "Bayraktar" UAVs to Russia.

"We did not provide them.

We will never do that.

Because we support Ukraine, its struggle for sovereignty and independence."

Before that, at the end of May, the Lithuanian company "Laisvės TV" started collecting funds for the purchase of the "Bayraktar" drone for Ukraine.

Almost 6 million euros were collected in less than three weeks.
