The State Border Service of Ukraine stated that since the introduction of visas with Russia, not a single Russian citizen has received them yet.

"According to the information available to me, no citizen of the Russian Federation has yet received a visa.

In the first week, there were no visa applications at all.

As the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported last week, during the second week of the visa regime, only about 10 Russian citizens submitted documents.
