Among them, 4 criminal cases against 4 persons were sent to the relevant courts for consideration, in 1 criminal case, the proceedings were terminated as compensation for the damage caused to the state was ensured, and in 3 criminal cases, the investigation is currently being continued.

917 thousand manats of the damage of 1 million 870 thousand manats caused to the state budget as a result of illegal actions were paid during the investigation period, and the necessary investigative actions are being continued to pay the remaining part of the damage.

During the investigation, in the materials submitted by the Ministry of Culture, sufficient grounds were not established for the initiation of criminal proceedings against 4 enterprises, 5 submissions were sent on the elimination of violations of the law, the causes and conditions that caused them, and a warning was issued by the prosecutor in order to prevent violations of the law against 2 persons. was done.
