For the vice president of the Alliance for Albanians, Arben Taravari, the approval of the French proposal is already a done deal, but as he says, the problem remains the constitutional changes for the inclusion of Bulgarians, which ASH can condition by removing the 20% definition for Albanians.

"And the leader of the Macedonian opposition has emphasized several times that there is no problem with removing 20%, if there is consent and of course we will decide, I am not saying that it should be a condition, but we will see how things will develop.

According to this, we will make a decision, but I think we will insist in any way that the Constitution is opened and that 20 percent is removed", said Arben Taravari on Tv21.

According to Taravari, the fact that there is no consensus in the Macedonian parties is worrying, but he still believes that the constitutional changes will be made soon.

"There is space until the start of negotiations.

When there is a need for constitutional amendments, the situation must be well modified by the government, by the parties in power to reach a compromise and to reach a number of 81. I still think that the constitutional changes will be made", said Arben Taravari.

Otherwise, we remind you that the session on the French proposal is expected to continue today starting at 11:00.
