The Macedonian opposition party OBRM-PDUKM continues to oppose the French proposal as an opportunity to unblock negotiations and remove the Bulgarian veto against the start of North Macedonia's negotiations with the European Union.

From this party they say that "Kovačevski and Osmani should not hide the protocol because the protocol means Bulgarianization of the state and the people are against this proposal".

"The government first says it will publish it, while now for the second week in a row it does not accuse the protocol.

The proposal that the government wants to pass through the Assembly is to the detriment of Macedonian national interests.

With the proposal, Bulgaria is given the right and writes the history books in Macedonia and blocks the country on the road to the EU, if something is not to its liking.

The government does not take account of Macedonian interests, they only want to take pictures in Brussels, and leave Macedonia with a ton of problems", say OBRM-PDUKM.

According to them, the government should not ignore the people and that the proposal should be rejected and the deputies of the majority should not be used to vote for something that is detrimental to Macedonia.
