The former head of the Traffic Police Bogdan Milchev and current head of the Institute of Road Safety has called for the resignation of the Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov

Rashkov was born on September 28, 1954 in the village of Ognyanovo, Blagoevgrad region.

He graduated from Sofia to prepare a list by district with the number of systematic traffic offenders who have more than 10 violations for the last three years. 

"The problem with systematic offenders in Bulgaria has been around for decades, but it is getting deeper and deeper.

The possibility that we breed such systematic offenders creates this feeling that there is impunity and chaos on the road", stated Milchev in the

According to him, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not have a clear vision.

"The big problem of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is that they want to catch the driver with drugs, and they don't want to break the distribution of drugs and the way in which the drugs reach the driver", says the former head of the traffic police on the occasion of the resignation announced by the Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and the Minister of the Interior Boyko Rashkov resigned
