The former deputy of the Assembly of Kosovo and at the same time, the chairman of the PLE, Veton Berisha said that they have been waiting for the decision from the Basic Court of Kosovo regarding the orchestration of the votes for 16 months now.

Invited to RTV Dukagjini, Berisha said that since the last parliamentary elections, community parties have faced a "storm of injustices".

He said that the Supreme Court has already established that the orchestration of votes was factual and Fadil Gashi was one of those orchestrated.

"It was established by the Supreme Court that there was orchestration of votes and there were elected deputies who were orchestrated from the Serbian list.

I am talking about the Roma initiative and the member of parliament who acts in the Serbian list, Fadil Gashi", said Berisha to RTV Dukagjini.

Regarding the response of the Constitutional Court, which is already awaited for 16 months, Berisha said that it is the same one from which a final response is also expected.

"We don't have accurate information about why this happened and they said that we just don't have specific reasons for making a decision.

We claim and are convinced that there was vote rigging and the decision of the Supreme Court against the liberal party was unfair because it was a one-sided decision," he said.
