A video with the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, appeared on the Internet.

The footage, lasting less than a minute, shows the high-ranking official at the diplomatic headquarters in Moscow nibbling and licking strawberries to music.

The scene is not devoid of eroticism.

The video with Zakharova was accompanied by many comments.

"Apparently (Italian actor, director and producer of adult films) Rocchi Sigfredi has organized a casting call for female lead actors," reads a YouTube post.

The author of this comment implied that the Russian word for "yagoda" ("strawberry") also means porn.

"Two strawberries, only banana missing," another user wrote.

Under the footage, there were also comments that the video with the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was not real.

Borisov replied to Zakharova: I was joking.
