130 of the Criminal Code (Inciting social enmity), Part 2, Art.

367 of the Criminal Code (Defamation of the President) and Art.

342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).

On March 10, the trial of Pavlo's case began in the Minsk Regional Court, but the trial of the political prisoner was closed.

Already on March 16, the political prisoner was sentenced to 5 years in a general regime colony.

Anarchist Mykola Dziadek was transferred from the colony to Hrodna Prison No. 1

On June 28, the Horatski district court considered the case "on the transfer of Mykola Dziadek to a different type of correctional facility and change of regime conditions."

decided to transfer the political prisoner from the correctional colony to a closed prison for "numerous violations of the rules of the internal procedure."

Mykola, sentenced to 5 years of penal servitude, will remain in prison until the end of his term – 2 years and 10 months.

According to the "Novy Chas" publication, Mykola Dziadko was transferred from the colony to Hrodna Prison No. 1.

    295-3 – Illegal actions in relation to objects, the action of which is based on the use of combustible substances.

Mykola Dziadok pleaded not guilty, he was recognized as a political prisoner.
