New Delhi:

Regarding the incidents happening in the country in the recent times, the president of Jamaat Islamic Hind, Syed Saadatullah Hussaini has said that no one should be allowed to take law in their hands in the country.

It does not matter which party, institution or group the criminal belongs to.

The importance is that the offender is a criminal and should be punished.

The government should identify the culprit and should not discriminate on the basis of caste in giving punishment.

In response to a question, Hussaini said that the attitude of the government shows that while making economic policies, special care is taken of the industrial houses, while it should be made keeping in mind the public interest.

He said that many leaders are giving irresponsible statements on the Udaipur incident.

Such statements are made for political interest.

However, it cannot be denied that an atmosphere of hatred is being created all over the country.

Employment issues are behind.

Some media houses are also helping in this, as pointed out in the Supreme Court's remarks.

The Amir of the Jamaat said that forgiveness cannot be granted by apologizing.

If this were the case, then every criminal would apologize after committing the crime, then neither the need of jail nor the court would be there.

When a journalist asked what the Jamaat was doing at the village and block level to maintain mutual unity among the Islamic Hind people, then Jamaat Vice President Prof.

Salim Engineer said that we have more than one thousand Sadbhavna Manch at local and state level.

“They are working in different parts of the country. Peace loving people of all religions are associated with this platform who are constantly trying to create unity among people of different religions and creed. He condemned the Udaipur tragedy.

Referring to the political game played in toppling the MVA government in Maharashtra, he said there was a mockery of anti-defection law and people's mandate.

Democracy is weakened by such attitude, due to which the whole country has to bear the consequences.

Commenting on Agneepath, he said that the scheme is deviating from the goal of being a welfare state.

The people joining the scheme will be in the form of temporary contract labourers.

It seems that our government is borrowing ideas from the West.

He strongly condemned the excesses of the police and administration on the demonstrations of Muslims against the objectionable remarks on Prophet Mohammad in Ranchi and Prayag Raj and demanded a judicial inquiry into the whole matter.

He expressed regret over the demolition of the house of social activist Javed Mohammed, arrest of former Gujarat DG PRB Sreekumar, Teesta Setalvad and Alt News joint founder Mohammad Zubair and demanded their release.
