An apartment block in the capital's Geo Milev district has a new resident.

A snake was found in the common areas of the cooperative.

The institutions have been refusing to respond to calls for help for 24 hours.

After people wondered what to do with the snake, daredevils captured it and now keep it in a box in the basement.

Last night, the residents of the block found a coiled snake on the railing between the floors.

Two neighbors managed to catch the snake and put it in a box.

They immediately call the professional housekeeper who takes care of the entrance.

Alexander says that the snake probably entered the entrance while the door was open for cleaning.

The house manager has been making desperate attempts to contact an institution to take her in around the clock.

He called 112, Metropolitan Municipality, Civil Protection, including non-governmental eco-organizations.

And what is everyone's answer?

"That it's none of their business."

"We hope someone comes forward to take responsibility for this animal.

Take it in or take it out."

So far, only the Metropolitan Zoo has shown a desire to take care, but only on the condition that someone brings the snake to them.

However, there are no volunteers from the entrance yet.

So the reptile was put away in a box in the basement, sealed with tape.

Some of the people living in the block realized only today that there was an uninvited guest in the entrance.

What will be the fate of the snake remains unclear.

For now, the only solution for the house manager and the people at the entrance is to keep her locked in a box.
