"The Protocol on cooperation in the field of vocational education between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey has already been approved at the level of the presidents of both countries. According to the protocol, two vocational education centers will be jointly managed in Baku city and Gabala region."

This was stated by Jeyhun Karamov, temporary acting director of the Agency for Vocational Education, deputy director.

Jeyhun Karamov said that there will be about 10 specialties in vocational education institutions: these specialties include cooking, IT technologies, design, textiles and others.

There will be joint educational programs in the mentioned fields.

Educational programs will be implemented taking into account the standards of Turkey and adapting them to the educational system of Azerbaijan.

Our goal is to carry out activities in this direction this year and next academic year.

Work on this has already been started.

Construction of a new vocational school has started in Baku, and we will start accepting students from next year.

We are currently investigating in Gabala region.
