So let's know the easy recipe of making Dhokla.

material-

  • gram flour, semolina

  • Curd

  • Green chilli

  • Ginger

  • salt

  • Sugar

  • Turmeric

process-

  • To make Dhokla, first take a bowl.

  • Put gram flour, ginger paste, green chili paste, salt, turmeric, sugar, oil and curd in a bowl and make a smooth batter by whisking it well.

  • If the batter is too thick, add some water and mix again. 

  • Now put oil in a microwave vessel.

  • After this, add salt and beat the batter once again.

  • Now immediately put this batter in the microwave utensil.

  • Cover it and cook on high point for 5 to 7 minutes.

  • After the dhokla is baked, flip it over to another plate.

  • Heat oil in a pan for tempering, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies. 

  • As soon as they are fried, add a cup of water to it and put it on the dhokla.

  • Then grind the dhokla and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
