Pilot was sacked from the post of Deputy Chief Minister and Congress State President.

Jaipur:

Former Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot on Monday took a jibe at Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot for his recent remarks about a "conspiracy to topple the government" in 2020, saying that if Rahul Gandhi His patience is admired so one should not be unnecessarily upset.

Along with this, Pilot also said that Chief Minister Gehlot is a father figure and he does not take any of his words otherwise, even if he has said things like "neg, useless" to him in the past.

Taking a jibe at Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, he said that Shekhawat became the Union Minister because he won from Jodhpur in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections despite the Congress being the government in the state.

According to Pilot, losing the Jodhpur seat despite the Congress party being in power was a 'mistake'.

It is noteworthy that Jodhpur is the hometown of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from here his son Vaibhav Gehlot contested against Shekhawat and lost.

Pilot told reporters in Tonk that recently in a Congress program in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi had taken my (pilot) name while talking about patience.

"At the Delhi event, our former president Rahul Gandhi praised my patience from the stage... Now if my patience is admired or liked by a leader like Rahul Gandhi, I feel that someone One should also not be unnecessarily disturbed by his statement and should take it in the right spirit.

He said, "Now if my patience is admired or liked by a leader like Rahul Gandhi, then I feel that there is nothing further to say." Regarding Chief Minister Gehlot's recent statement, Pilot said, "Even before today, the Chief Minister had said something about me.. I was told a lot of such inappropriate, useless things.. But Ashok Gehlot ji is experienced, elderly and like a father, so he never said anything. If I give it, I would not take it otherwise.

It is noteworthy that Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had said on Saturday that "Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has proved with his statement that he was the main character in (attempts) to topple his government in 2020 and Were met with Sachin Pilot. Were together." Supporting this, Urban Development Minister Shanti Dhariwal had said in Kota on Sunday that whatever Gehlot had said was correct.

Union Minister Shekhawat recently while addressing a meeting in Chaumun said that in 2020, the pilot made a mistake.

He said, "If they had taken a decision like Pilot Madhya Pradesh (MLAs), people of 13 districts of Rajasthan would not have been thirsty.

The work on the East Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP) would have started.

Pilot, who was the state Congress president during the previous BJP rule, said that the party has challenged the BJP on every front and the Congress government has been formed in the state due to the hard work of the workers.

He said that the Congress had lost the elections in 2013 after being in power for five years.

He said, "Be it by-elections, panchayati elections, municipal elections, Lok Sabha by-elections in five years, we defeated the BJP everywhere and whatever Vasundhara's government did to us... we even ate their sticks," he said. We have fought and fought and after a lot of rubbing, our Congress government has been formed.

He said that all his attention is on how the Congress party government should be formed again in the state.

He said that he and other senior Congress leaders are constantly talking about this.

He said, "There are almost one and a half years for the upcoming assembly elections in the state and if the party and the government work together, I am confident that the Congress will be able to form the government again in the state."

Pilot said, "My only goal is that the workers continue to get respect.

How can we forget the people who did everything for the party in the elections?" He said, "I think in the 2023 assembly elections of Rajasthan, if anyone will do the work of keeping the BJP out of power, we will People will do and we will work together, then our government will definitely be formed."

The party made Ashok Gehlot the Chief Minister of Rajasthan for the third time and gave Pilot the post of Deputy Chief Minister.

In July 2020, when Pilot, along with 18 other disgruntled Congress MLAs, took a rebellious stand against Gehlot, there was a crisis for the Gehlot government.

Pilot was sacked from the post of Deputy Chief Minister and Congress State President.

The political crisis that lasted for a month was over after the intervention of the party high command.

Regarding the 'Agneepath' scheme of the Central Government, Pilot said, "The scheme announced by the Government of India a few days ago is being opposed all over India.

There is resentment among the people.

We want to force the government to take it back.

On the political crisis in Maharashtra, Pilot said, "Our alliance of Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP continues even today, and our alliance partners have said that our coalition government has done a good job and now all three of us are together."

The five-year term of the government will be completed.
