The foundation of the Kalbajar Digital Management Center was laid on June 26.

APA reports that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.

The head of state was informed that large-scale work to supply electricity to special state facilities and military units in the Kalbajar region continues today.

As part of the work, a 110 kV power line was laid from Ganja-2 s / s in Ganja to Dashkasan as a source.

This line will play an exceptional role in providing Kalbajar with stable and high-quality electricity.

This is a high-voltage line that passes through the most complex and difficult terrain in Azerbaijan.

Initially, a road was built in the mountains to allow vehicles to move freely.

It was noted that despite the fact that Kalbajar is located in a high mountainous area and difficult conditions, the work by "Azerishig" Open Joint-Stock Company continues today.

Even modern power grids are being built in remote areas where there was no electricity during the Soviet era.

Alagollar and other areas of the region are supplied with electricity for the first time by “Azerishig” OJSC, construction of 35 kV protected, insulated cable line to the territory of Zod gold field is underway.

As a result of the work done, 110 kV overhead lines were restored in two directions in Kalbajar, 110 kV overhead lines were laid in one direction, and 35 kV overhead lines were laid in four different areas.

In general, 15 sets of transformer stations of different capacities have been installed in the region.

In addition, it is planned to lay 35 kV modern insulated cable lines in six different directions.

It is also planned to establish a 110/35 kV Istisu s / s, a circular power supply scheme connecting the electricity networks of Kalbajar and Lachin regions.
