The lowest number of cases reported with COVID-19 has relaxed the citizens.

There is even little interest in vaccination in vaccination centers.

In the capital during the day less than 10 people are registered within the two shifts as this center works.

"It is not the interest as in the beginning… Within the day come 5 or 6 cases and no more…", said Florina Ushaku Grezda, family doctor at QKMF in Prishtina, reports RTK.

The situation is similar in the vaccination center in the municipality of Malisheva.

"The number of citizens to be vaccinated has decreased because the number of infected people has also decreased and the number of those who receive vaccines is around 5 cases per day", said Shkëlzen Sahitaj, Head of the vaccination service in Malisheva.

A small number of citizens are also in the vaccination center in Fushë Kosovë / Kosovo Polje considering that those who travel also stop getting the vaccine.

"It is specific that there are citizens who come from the airport to be vaccinated but even including these cases the number within the week ranges from 15-20 citizens per day", said Fitnete Simnica Ferizi, Coordinator of QVC Fushë Kosovë.

The case curve recorded with COVID 19 has advanced in recent days.

But not of the vaccinated.

The tables provided by the Ministry of Health for the last 5 days speak of a low number of vaccinated persons until June 20 there was no vaccinated citizen in the entire territory of Kosovo.

Otherwise, the Ministry of Health in the report for the last 24 hours, today announced that 66 doses of vaccine against COVID-19 have been given

Whereas, since the beginning of vaccination in all cities of Kosovo, 1,830,399 doses of vaccine have been given.

To date, 823,674 citizens have been vaccinated with the second dose.

To date, 103,144 booster doses and third doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given.
