New Delhi:

Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik, who has been a constant attacker on the BJP leadership, while talking to NDTV has demanded the withdrawal of the 'Agniveer' scheme.

He has said that I appeal to Prime Minister Modi with folded hands to withdraw this scheme.

This scheme is not in the interest of the youth.

He said that this scheme shows that the distance between the government and the villages is increasing.

Along with this, the Governor urged the youth not to indulge in violence while protesting.

Taking a jibe, he said that the Chief Minister who is making promises that he will give jobs, he does not believe that he will become the Chief Minister again or not.

He has also called the defense of the government by the army officers wrong.

Only the uniform and the honor of the court are left.

It is wrong to bring a general in uniform on TV.

Regarding the statement of Kailash Vijayvargiya, he said that it is an insult to the youth.

People will tell me that the governor is speaking again.

But I will not stop speaking.

At the same time, he said that Modi ji tells me once, I will leave the governor's post. Now after retirement, I will speak more.

I went to jail on the same day of emergency.

I used to speak then and I speak now.
