BGN 467 - this is the minimum pension from July 1, the deputies decided at the second reading in the budget committee, bTV reports.

It is meeting today in an attempt not to delay the increase in pensions set in the budget update.

So far, the proposals of GERB and MRF have been rejected, respectively for BGN 430 and BGN 481 for an increase in pensions plus BGN 60 from the COVID supplement.

One thing is clear, however - an increase of at least 10% plus COVID supplement of BGN 60 for pensions will be available from July 1, but it will most likely be received with a delay either in the middle of the month or with the pension from the beginning of August.

There will certainly be an increase of 6.1% in pensions in just a week, as this money has already been approved by MPs.

However, there will be no COVID add-on to them.
