If Kyiv meets all the requirements of the Russian side, a peace plan is possible.

The statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

"No, we did not have the opportunity to get acquainted with the plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine published in the American magazine. As for the peace plan, yes, it is possible after Ukraine fulfills all the requirements of Russia," a Kremlin spokesman told reporters. Asked if he had read the article published in The National Interest, he said.

"What are Russia's demands?"

"Ukraine knows everything very well," Peskov said.
