The meeting between the leaders of the Western Balkans and the member states of the European Union has begun.

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, entering the meeting expressed the position of Kosovo and the expectations that the country has from this meeting.

"I am here to give a strong message on behalf of the citizens of Kosovo, because we need a unique message from the European Union for the countries of the Western Balkans," Osmani told the media.

"As much space as remains in the region, can be used by malignant factors and it is clear that this space will be used," she said, reports RTKlive.

Osmani-Sadriu stated that he hopes that today the countries of the Western Balkans will hear a clear perspective from all members of the European Union for this region.
