David Arahamiya, the leader of the ruling People's Servant Party of Ukraine, has personally visited the United States and Europe and demanded that Georgia not be granted EU membership status.

APA's local bureau reports that Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said this during his speech in the country's parliament.

The Prime Minister stressed that Arahamia is a friend of the Georgian opposition.

He added that although Arahamiya had accused the Georgian government of encouraging companies on the sanctions list, it had so far failed to provide any evidence.
