In Karnataka, a JDS MLA slapped the principal of a college.

Actually, JDS MLA M. Srinivas was on a college visit and he lost his cool when the principal of the college was unable to give a clear answer about the ongoing development work for the computer lab.

In the video, Mandya MLA M. Srinivas publicly slaps the principal of Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar ITI College.

According to eyewitnesses, during the inauguration of the renovated ITI College, Srinivas was furious when Principal Naganand did not inform about the work in the laboratory.

The JD(S) MLA scolded him and slapped him twice in front of his colleagues and local politicians, including a woman.

After the video went viral, there is a lot of outrage among the people due to this incident.

People have pulled up Srinivas for not showing respect to the principal.

A Twitter user said, "The principal's aides are watching the whole incident silently....shouldn't they have staged a walk-out in support of the principal."

Another person said, “The principal should report to the police.

His staff and the staff of other colleges should come in support of the principal."
