The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, described the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on energy as an important step in the dialogue.

Kosovo and Serbia, mediated by Brussels, managed to sign the energy agreement on Tuesday, which provides for electricity billing for the northern municipalities of Kosovo.

Borrel said that he talked about this issue with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vuiqi..
