The head of the AAK deputies, Besnik Tahiri after today's meeting of the Presidency of the Assembly said that in the absence of the hand of the state, the economy of Kosovo is on the verge of bankruptcy.

At the same time, Tahiri announced that he has requested that in the next session, where it is expected to discuss the increase of prices, to talk about the necessary measures to be taken by the Government.

According to Tahiri, the temporary suspension of oil excise, the reduction of taxes on basic products, the implementation of the Law on Wages and measures for economic recovery are necessary to alleviate the crisis that the country is going through.

Meanwhile, Tahhiri stressed that the minimum wage should not turn into a political problem, but should be a law that enables a better life for the categories in the private sector and veterans.

Further, regarding the Trust, Tahiri invited the majority MPs to reflect as the withdrawal of savings would alleviate the crisis, no matter how little.

In the end, Tahiri showed that AAK has introduced two amendments: first, until the categorization, the veteran pension to be equal to the minimum wage;

second, that in law, the minimum wage should be 370 euros net, because according to him, 250 euros is not an increase because today there is no salary below 250 euros.
