Rahul to appear again in front of ED today

New Delhi:

Congress leaders will now camp at Jantar Mantar, the designated protest site in Delhi.

The party protested against the Centre's new military recruitment scheme, Agneepath, at Jantar Mantar yesterday, which is being fiercely opposed across the country.

Sources said the party at large is being prevented from registering the protest effectively.
