US President Joe Biden has said today that he will not visit Ukraine, as he is expected to start his trip to Europe this week.

Asked if he still plans to visit Ukraine, Biden said "it depends", adding that he did not want to "cause more difficulties for Ukrainians", reports Telegrafi.

Asked again if he plans to travel to Ukraine while staying in Germany and Spain for the G7 and NATO summits, Biden added: "On this trip, I do not believe."

Biden has not visited Ukraine since the country was under constant Russian attack.

In his place, Biden paid a visit to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

He is even convinced that Ukraine will become a member of the European Union.
