Australia has sent the first four M11AS4s armored vehicles to Ukraine, and will send ten more.

As The Guardian reports, the military aid that Australia will send to Ukraine is worth $ 285 million, the Telegraph reports.

The armored vehicles were put on the plane to transport goods over the past week, after former Australian Minister Peter Daton had promised that the country would send 20 more armored vehicles to Bushmaster.

"We will continue to look for ways to help the people of Ukraine.

"Australia supports Ukraine and once again calls on Russia to stop the illegal occupation of Ukraine," said Australian Defense Minister Richard Marles.

On the other hand, Ukraine has thanked Australia for the assistance provided.

"Ukraine will not forget this.

Another shipment of Australian armored vehicles is traveling to Ukraine.

"The air bridge is covering half the world and is uniting our peoples in these difficult times for Ukraine," reads the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
