A fire broke out today at a chemical plant in the industrial zone of the town of Dilovasi in Kocaeli district (northwestern Turkey), Turkish state television TRT Haber reported.
The fire, the cause of which is unknown, broke out in the factory's production plant and quickly spread to the part where raw materials are stored.
The workers were evacuated from the factory.
