Monsoon has now become active in most of the states of the country, due to which people are getting relief from the scorching heat.

The weather was pleasant in the national capital Delhi on Saturday as the maximum temperature was 32.7 degrees Celsius.

At the same time, many cities including the capital Jaipur in Rajasthan have received rain in the last twenty four hours.

Jaipur also received its first pre-monsoon rain on Saturday.

According to the India Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of cloudy sky and light rain in Delhi till June 21.

On Sunday the maximum temperature can be 32 and the minimum temperature can be 24 degree Celsius.

The minimum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 24.4 degrees Celsius, which was four notches below the average.

The air quality index in the city was recorded 'satisfactory' on Saturday, according to SAFAR, a government organization that tracks air quality.

AQI between zero to 50 'good', 51 to 100 'satisfactory', 101 to 200 'moderate', 201 to 300 'poor', 301 to 400 'very poor' and 401 to 500 between considered 'serious'.

At the same time, according to the Rajasthan Meteorological Department, rain is expected to continue in many areas of the state.

It rained in many parts of the capital Jaipur on Saturday afternoon and evening.

According to the Meteorological Center, pre-monsoon rains are continuing in the state.

Light to moderate rain has been recorded in some parts of the state in the last 24 hours.

Heavy rains occurred at isolated places in Sawai Madhopur, Alwar and Bharatpur districts.

During this, rain was also recorded in the cities of Ganganagar, Hanumangarh and Bikaner.

According to the Meteorological Center, the highest rainfall during this period was recorded in Khandar of Sawai Madhopur, 89 mm.

Similarly, Kotkasim in Alwar received 80 mm, Bharatpur 71 mm, Dholpur's Sapau 64 mm, Sawai Madhopur's Chauth Ka Barwada 63 mm and Hanumangarh's Rawatsar 47 mm. 

According to the Meteorological Center, there is a strong possibility of pre-monsoon activities to continue in the districts of Bikaner, Jaipur, Bharatpur and Kota divisions for the next three-four days.

During this, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at some places along with thunder.
