The procession which came from 'Bulldozer' attracted the attention of the people.

The procession of a Muslim groom Badshah from Shravasti in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday attracted the attention of the people.

The 'bulldozer' has become the symbol of the second term of the Yogi Adityanath-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Uttar Pradesh.

Even Yogi Adityanath has been given the name of 'Bulldozer Baba' after the victory in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

Bulldozers were an issue in the assembly elections held in March and BJP got 255 seats, ally Apna Dal (S) 12 and Nishad Party six in 403 assembly seats in the state, while main opposition Samajwadi Party got total including allies. Got 125 seats.

 On Saturday, Rubina, the daughter of Salim, a resident of Laxmanpur Shankarpur under Risia block of Bahraich district, was married on Saturday with the king of Shravasti.

Before reaching the Nikah Ghar, the groom Badshah was put on a bulldozer and turned around at the crossroads.

The baraatis were riding on many bulldozers including Aqeel, Bhure, Shakeel.

There was so much enthusiasm among the processions, gharatis and people of the area that slogans of 'Bulldozer Baba ki Jai' started being raised at the square.

The procession Bhure Pradhan, who came from Shravasti, said that "everyone brings cars, sometimes there was also a practice of bringing the procession on elephants and horses."

We decided to bring a procession on a bulldozer and thought of making the marriage of 'Badshah-Rubina' memorable.



BJP MLA from Bahraich Sadar seat and former minister Anupama Jaiswal said that Chief Minister Yogi's bulldozer is becoming popular among all communities as a symbol of good governance.

He said that bulldozer can be a symbol of fear only for criminals, peace loving common people have started considering it as a symbol of peace and discipline.

Its participation in the procession of the Muslim community is a vivid example of the popularity of Yogi Sarkar among all the communities.

It is worth noting that in the Uttar Pradesh government, many mafia leaders and those accused of rioting have become victims of bulldozers.

Bulldozers have already started on the alleged illegal construction of former MLA Mukhtar Ansari lodged in Banda Jail, Bhojipura seat of Bareilly accused of making objectionable remarks on Chief Minister Yogi and former minister Shahjil Islam and jailed former MP Atiq Ahmed.
