Corona in India: Increase in corona cases

Coronavirus Updates:

For the last few days, the pace of corona in the country seems to be increasing.

13,216 new cases were registered in the last 24 hours.

Which is 2.9% more than Friday.

The recovery rate in the country has reached 98.63%.

A total of 8,148 patients have been cured in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cured patients across the country to 4,26,90,845.

There are total 68,108 active cases of corona in India.

In the last 24 hours, 5,045 active cases have increased.

A total of 5,19,903 samples were tested in 24 hours.

After which the total number of corona tests in India has reached 85.73 crores.

Whereas under the nationwide Corona Vaccination Program, more than 192 crore vaccine doses have been applied so far.

The number of corona virus-infected patients in the country had exceeded 20 lakh on 7 August 2020, 30 lakh on 23 August 2020 and 40 lakh on 5 September 2020.

The total cases of infection crossed 50 lakh on 16 September 2020, 60 lakh on 28 September 2020, 70 lakh on 11 October 2020, 80 lakh on 29 October 2020 and 90 lakh on 20 November 2020.

On 19 December 2020, these cases had exceeded one crore in the country.

Last year, on May 4, the number of infected had crossed 20 million and on June 23, 2021, it crossed 30 million.

On January 26 this year, the cases had crossed four crores.
