Russian aircraft destroyed the headquarters of the Azov nationalist group in the Pesochin settlement of Kharkiv region with high-precision missiles.

APA's Moscow correspondent reports that Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a briefing today.

"The high-precision air-to-air missiles hit 18 areas where manpower and military equipment are concentrated, as well as the DPR's Zaitsevo, Kurdimovka, Dzerzhinsk, Bakhmut,

In the Artyomovo and Ocheretino districts, Ukraine struck ten artillery and mortar batteries, including six batteries of the Grad rocket launcher.

"Also, the headquarters of the Azov nationalist unit was destroyed in the Pesochin district of Kharkiv region," a spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Konashenkov said that over the past day, Russian air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft and 15 unmanned aerial vehicles.

"Russian air defense systems shot down a Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near the Mazanovka district of Kharkiv region.

Also, 15 Ukrainian drones were shot down in Nikolayevsk, Kherson and Kharkiv regions, as well as in the territories of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China.
