Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum has been postponed for an hour.

APA's Moscow correspondent reports that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said it was launched due to strong DDoS attacks on the Forum's accreditation systems.

According to him, Putin's speech at the plenary session of the forum was held at 15:00 local time.

"Until then, the problems with access to the plenary session of the Forum will be resolved and everyone who needs to attend the meeting will be able to attend," said a Kremlin spokesman.
