During a visit to Iripin north of Kiev, French President Emmanuel Macron said war crimes and massacres had been committed.

Macron stressed that Ukraine must win in this conflict against Russia, and be able to resist them, reports Telegrafi.

Macron is staying in Ukraine along with two other European leaders, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi.

All three leaders since the beginning of the Russian occupation have been sharply criticized by Kiev for not sending sophisticated heavy-caliber weapons.
