NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has said that further military support is needed for Ukraine.
Stoltenberg told reporters in The Hague that Ukraine should have more heavy weapons, reports Telegrafi.
The North Atlantic Alliance and its partners have provided heavy weapons to Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian aggression, however it has been made clear that this practice still needs to be continued.
He stressed that this issue will be discussed today in Brussels at NATO headquarters, where further military support for Ukraine will be sought.
"We have to prepare for a long war, because we can not predict when it will end," Stoltenberg added.
