The only MP of Vetëvendosje Movement who has left the hall in contradiction with the draft law that sets the minimum wage, due to the non-involvement of veterans, says that he will be against the Government if it does not reflect on the categories that emerged from the war.

Fatmir Humolli will not join tomorrow's protest called by the Organization of KLA War Veterans, but says that his protest will take place inside the institution of the Assembly of Kosovo.

In a conversation for KosovaPress, MP Humolli says that ignoring the categories that emerged from the war is a big mistake of the government.

"The disrespect of the citizens and the ignoring of the categories that came out of the war by the government is a big mistake.

I will be in defense of the comrades-in-arms and the war mission that has been for our people to live free and with dignity in our country, the government is not carrying out this mission that it has given itself in the election campaign.

If the government reflects I will be in favor of the government, if not then I will be against it.

"Deputies have an obligation to the electorate and not to the government or the individual", says Humolli.

On Tuesday, the Assembly of Kosovo approved in principle, with 68 votes in favor, the draft law that sets the minimum wage.

The deputies of Vetëvendosje Movement and those of the Serbian List voted for the passage of this draft law, the other non-majority communities abstained while the opposition did not participate in the voting.

"As for the Serbian List, Vetëvendosje should not have been in line with it, and this, I believe, that MPs who are not militants of the party will push them to reflect.

"As far as the 'Serbian List is ordered by the PDK', then who ordered Vetëvendosje to vote for the law without including veterans", says Humolli.

While to demand the withdrawal of this draft law, tomorrow in front of the government and parliament building, OVL-KLA has called a nationwide protest.

But, MP Humolli estimates that his protest should take place inside the institution of the Assembly.

"I support the protests but I will not be in the street protests because I believe that there is still room for my protest within the institution to give a positive result in favor of comrades," he said.

He says that he is not against the law that sets the minimum wage, but according to him against the removal of veterans from their right.

The draft law on the minimum wage, which does not include KLA war veterans, has been consistently opposed by opposition parties in the country.

Moreover, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has called for a more massive appearance in tomorrow's protest, called by the OVL-KLA.
