The Delhi Traffic Police

 has banned the movement of buses and other vehicles on many routes in the New Delhi area even today.

The police have instructed people to avoid those routes to avoid traffic jams.

Even yesterday, routes were diverted in many areas due to Rahul Gandhi's appearance in the ED office and protests by Congress.

Delhi Police has said in the latest advisory that due to special traffic arrangements, the movement of buses beyond Gol Dak Khana Junction, Patel Chowk, Windsor Place, Teen Murti Chowk, Prithviraj Road in New Delhi Municipal Area will be restricted.

Apart from these, there will be no movement on Motilal Nehru Marg, Akbar Road, Janpath and Man Singh Road due to special arrangements.

Due to special traffic arrangements inwards movement of buses will be restricted in New Delhi beyond Gol Dak Khana Junction, Patel Chowk, Windsor Place, Teen Murti Chowk, Prithviraj Road

Traffic Police has asked that please avoid traveling towards Gol Methi Junction, Tughlaq Road Junction, Claridge Junction, Q-Point Junction, Sunhari Masjid Junction, Maulana Azad Road Junction and Man Singh Road Junction between 7 AM to 1200 PM .

According to the police, there will be heavy traffic on these roads due to special arrangements.

Kindly avoid Gol Methi junction, Tughlak Road Junction, Claridges Junction, Q-point Junction, Sunehri Masjid Junction, Maulana Azad Road Junction & Man Singh Road Junction between 0700 hrs & 1200 hrs.Due to special arrangements there will be heavy traffic movement on these roads.

According to the traffic police, people have also been advised not to go on SP Marg, Dhaulakuan flyover and Gurgaon Road from 10.45 am to 11.15 pm.
