On the eve of Eid al-Adha, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) called on those working in this field, in addition to religious rites, to slaughter and sell animals in accordance with the requirements of relevant legislation.

AQTA told APA that taking into account the fact that more animals are slaughtered and sold during the holidays than usual, AQTA together with the relevant government agencies will further expand the measures taken to provide the population with safe meat and meat products.

Sacrificial animals that have passed veterinary control and slaughtered in accordance with sanitary and hygienic requirements will be presented to customers at these outlets.

At the same time, in coordination with the AQTA in the regions, mobile slaughter tents will be set up to slaughter and sell sacrificial animals under veterinary control.
