Azerishig OJSC told APA that there were interruptions in electricity supply to Chanagchi, Zivlan, Alakhanchalli and Shekaram villages.

Electricity supply was restored in Chanagchi and Shekaram villages on the same day after the work carried out by the Emergency Service of Azerishig OJSC.

In the other two villages, Alakhanchalli and Zivlan, the restoration of electricity is nearing completion, although flooding has severely hampered rehabilitation work, making village roads completely unusable.

The natural disaster in the Agstafa region also seriously damaged the region's electricity network.

As a result of the accident, a large number of high and low voltage power poles of different strengths were broken, power lines were damaged, and in some areas, strong floods washed away power lines.

At present, all lines are under tension.

Repair and restoration works are being carried out at 2 branches of Jeyranchol overhead line coming out of 110/10 kV "Poylu-Darti" s / s.

It should be noted that immediately after the incident, additional materials, machinery and labor were brought to the area.
