BJP took action against MLA Shobharani

Jaipur:

Congress has won three out of four seats in Rajasthan's Rajya Sabha, while one has gone to BJP's account.

While Congress's Mukul Wasnik, Randeep Surjewala and Pramod Tiwari have won, BJP's Ghanshyam Tiwari also got the victory.

BJP has suspended Rajasthan MLA Shobharani Kushwah for cross-voting in favor of Congress candidate Pramod Tiwari in Rajya Sabha elections.

Actually, BJP MLA from Dholpur Shobharani Kushwaha gave his vote to Pramod Tiwari of Congress instead of Ghanshyam Tiwari of BJP.

In this case, now action has been taken against him by the party.

BJP has given 7 days time to Shobharani Kushwaha so that she can present her side.

BJP has said that if Shobharani Kushwaha does not reply within 7 days, then the party will be free to take the next step.

In Rajasthan, the Leader of the Opposition Gulab Kataria issued a letter providing information about the action taken against Shobharani.

It is written in the letter that you have voted for the Congress candidate, which is a violation of party discipline.

So Shobharani Kushwaha is immediately suspended from the party.

In Rajasthan, Congress's Randeep Singh Surjewala, Mukul Wasnik and Pramod Tiwari have won three seats, while independent candidate Subhash Chandra has to face defeat.

After this victory, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said in his tweet, it was clear from the beginning that Congress has the necessary majority to win all three seats, but BJP tried horse trading by fielding an independent.

But the solidarity of our MLAs has given a befitting reply to this effort.

BJP will face similar defeat in 2023 assembly elections also.
