The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy has appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office to falsify public procurement documents in a number of educational institutions under the Ministry of Education on the basis of documents submitted by the Ministry of Education.

The service told APA-Economics that more than 25 single-source procurement methods developed on behalf of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control and subordinated to the Ministry of Education, as well as the conclusion of contracts as a result of competitions. The fake letter was submitted to the State Service by the Ministry of Education.

Taking into account the presence of criminal elements in the preparation of forged documents by educational institutions operating under the Ministry of Education, the Civil Service appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office to investigate the matter and provide a legal assessment.
