The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Fatmir Bytyqi in the show "Click Plus" stressed that we must accept that we live in economic crisis and citizens will have to learn to live with this.

As an example, he said that it is necessary to save electricity during the cold winter months.

"If we are used to keeping the temperature at home at 24 degrees Celsius to keep it warm and walking in a short-sleeved shirt, we will most likely have to get used to living at 22, because every degree means saving, while electricity means "If someone provides us with a subsidy, we will have to return it and help the economy", declared Fatmir Bytyqi, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs.

He added that the energy crisis will be somewhat remedied by changing the tariff model, making a fairer way of charging electricity for both small and large consumers in order to release a certain percentage of electricity.

"I do not know if the public opinion says enough that 17 consumers who are in the regulated market use 30% of the electricity sold in that market.

Wait, of course they are not like us households, 17 consumers, 30% of the market where the price is regulated by the state.

It means that these consumers receive electricity from each household, subsidized and harm the other party ", said Fatmir Bytyqi, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs.

Regarding the increase in the prices of basic food products, Bytyqi said that what is happening is a military benefit.

He also mentioned an example where a market has increased the price of 500 g of pasta from 40 denars to 69 denars even 2 minutes after midnight, immediately after the end of the anti-crisis measures of the Government.

"For me, it is unacceptable that in 24 hours companies increase the margin by more than 20%.

We fully understand all the rules of the game.

In a market economy, it is not the state that sets prices and margins.

"But despite the market economy, in a period of crisis, if someone makes a certain increase in the backs of the citizens, they call it a military benefit", affirmed Fatmir Bytyqi./TV21/
