Another earthquake has hit the Chinese state today, but so far no material damage or casualties are being reported.
A magnitude 5.6 earthquake shook the Tianpeng region of China, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The quake was at a depth of 19.9 km (12.37 miles), reports

The epicenter was about 248 km northwest of Tianpeng region.
Otherwise, on June 8, a magnitude 5.0 earthquake hit the Xinjiang region of China on Wednesday.
