The first volume of the book, consisting of 384 pages, examines the most important problems of the political history of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1991-2003.

The second volume of the book, consisting of 520 pages, examines the problems of the political history of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2003-2021, using the most authoritative sources and literature.
