President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the conditions created in the newly built Chambarakand Park in the capital's Sabail district.

APA reports that Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov informed the President about the work done in the park.

It was noted that landscaping work was carried out in the new park on Hasan Seyidbeyli Street, 1,200 meters of sidewalks were built, and all conditions were created for residents to have a meaningful rest and spend their leisure time effectively.

A 147-meter-long pedestrian bridge was built over the trestle in the park, two city-facing terraces were built, a fountain meeting modern standards was built, a catering facility, a sanitary junction and an office building were built in the area.

According to the relief of the area, a retaining wall was built to prevent landslides.

Modern sports and children's entertainment facilities have also been installed in the area.

The green area of ​​the park, which covers an area of ​​4 hectares, has been paved with lawn, and more than 50,000 different types of trees, shrubs and flowers have been planted.

President Ilham Aliyev watched the view of the capital from the new park.

It should be noted that the scale of work done to make Baku one of the most beautiful cities in the world in the strategy defined by President Ilham Aliyev for the development of Azerbaijan is growing every year.

In recent years, many modern social infrastructure projects have been implemented to serve the comfort of residents and visitors to the city, new parks and alleys, recreation areas have been created.

Chambarakand Park, built on the initiative of the President in the capital's Sabail district, is one of them.

The work done here is an integral part of the socio-economic development strategy implemented in the country and serves to further beautify our capital.
